Tennis Coaching Plan

No of individuals per batch – 6

Duration and Frequency - 1.5 hrs per session on all Saturdays and Sundays

Timings Available - 6-7:30 AM, 7:30-9 AM, and 3-4:30 PM, 4:30-6 PM

Venue - AM Jain College Centre, Meenambakkam

Programs -

For Beginners – Focus on the core fundamentals. Will work on the basic elements of the forehand, backhand, serve, overhead, volley, and footwork. The basic strokes will be practiced in fun games and drills. Program also includes cardio workouts focussing on warmup and warmdown exercises, gentle stretching of muscles with a variety of upper body, lower body and core movements. Each class has a 6:1 student to teacher ration.

For Intermediate and Advanced Intermediate Players – The class will go over and improve upon tennis strokes and fitness. Our fast paced drills and games will quickly get the group ready for match play, whether social or competitive. Each class has a 6:1 student to teacher ration.
