Sports Give You The Amount Of Physical Activity You Need

When you participate in a sports team you contribute to the amount of physical activity you need daily. You have practices that are normally an hour or long, that fulfills the hour you need of exercise each day.

Healthy Mind Can Come From Playing A Sport

When a person is in a sport they have a better self image of themselves. They are have more self confidence. They also gain a boost in self esteem.

What I Did

My brother is a gamer and doesn't like the sports that he had tried. I have been trying to get him to do a sport for a while, so that's what I did for my advocacy project. I dropped facts and hint to why he should join a sport and stop playing video games so much. I convinced him to join the middle school tennis team.
