A Message from the Principal
Greetings St. Anthony Catholic High School Community!
Great things are happening at St. Anthony Catholic High School. Our students have been using their God-given talents in academics, extracurricular activities, service hours and athletics. We had over 100 students attend our Practice PSAT Test on Saturday, September 16. All of our parents nights were a great success with over 50-100 parents in each session. At Progress Report time, 80% of our students were passing all their classes. Our Volleyball team has a 28-3 record. Our Football team has a 3-1 record. Cross Country is performing well in all the events they have participated in. Students have been serving in our community through feeding the homeless, volunteering with Catholic Charities, tutoring at the Visitation House among many other agencies we are reaching. We are proud of our Yellow Jackets!
We are about to embark upon our 8th Grade Recruitment and would like help from any parents and families that would like to take part in this journey. November 7, 2017 will be our Class of 2022 Open House Night and we would love to have families talk to new families about SACHS. Send me an email if you would like to be an SACHS Ambassador Family.

We are helping Catholic Charities collect children's costumes for their Annual Little Pumpkin Palooza on Friday, October 27. For many of the children who attend their event, it is their sole celebration and sense of normalcy for Fall festivities. We will have containers in the front area of our school to donate the costumes.
This upcoming month we have a busy month with our PSAT/SAT day, Homecoming Week and lots of other exciting events taking place. Check out our 'Save the Date' section for plentiful opportunities to get involved. We still have a few more dates to add for this month along with more details about Homecoming. A separate news announcement will be coming soon regarding all Homecoming week details.
Our hearts and prayers go out to all those affected in the Las Vegas massacre. This morning as students entered chapel, we began to play 'Holy Ground' and silenced our hearts to dedicate these few minutes before Adoration to the victims and all those affected in Las Vegas. And we continue to pray for those affected from the Hurricanes. May God bless and heal all those wounded and affected by these tragedies.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for all the blessings you have given us. We praise you for Your kindness, love and mercy you have given St. Anthony Catholic High School. We ask for Your wisdom in leading us forth to a bright light You have planned for us. We ask for your sovereign protection over our students, teachers, staff, families and our community. In Jesus name, Amen.
"For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases Him." Phillipians 2:13
May your life be blessed!

Archbishop Mass at SACHS on December 5, 2017
We will have the humble honor to have the beloved Archbishop Gustavo do mass for us here in our chapel on December 5, 2017. Please join us for this incredibly special day.
The picture is my dad, Robert Vidaurri and the Archbishop at the recent Archbishop's 5th Annual Arzobisop Golf Tournament. I was proud that my dad was supporting SACHS while playing golf and recruited a few people.

Coffee and Conversation with the Principal
Please join Dr. Vidaurri and several staff members to discuss the most current educational topics that impact our students at St. Anthony Catholic High School. We want to use this time to share important information, answer questions and have conversations with our families to build the premier co-educational institution founded on Catholic values and traditions, which are the basis for a comprehensive college preparatory curriculum designed to promote scholarship and spiritual growth and appreciation for the power of service here at our school.
