Looking Ahead - Youth Nights in October
A Cosmic Adventure through Science & Faith
Can science prove that God doesn’t exist? Many prominent scientists seem to think so. But science can only prove things that they can see, hold and quantify. Science can’t prove love and science doesn’t have a way to quantify grace or forgiveness both of which can change a life. We will take 2 weeks and explore how God reveals God’s Self to humanity through the cosmic intersection of science AND faith!
Teens Leading at St Pius Tenth Church!
Learn leadership skills, put those skills to use by planning and running classes for children, plan events for parish teens, help write Youth Nite Sessions, retreats and serve in the community.

Tuesday, Oct. 9th, 6:30-7:30pm
Parish Center
Have you wondered why people think NCYC is a big deal?
Come to the NCYC Kickoff Party on October 9th 6:30-7:30
Every other year, Catholic young people and their chaperones come together to pray, learn, and grow in their faith. In addition to opportunities to receive the sacraments of the Eucharist and penance, NCYC participants attend general and breakout sessions on topics relevant to living as a disciple of Christ in today’s world, visit with organizations that provide resources and other support to youth and youth ministry, spend time in personal and communal prayer, and engage in service to others. You can join us! Come check it out on October 9th!

Help Needed with an Eagle Scout Project
Please email Alex directly if you're interested in helping: thebozekfamily@gmail.com
I am going to be looking for volunteers for my project, but because of the size of the garage, my dad is asking for small groups.
1. Saturday 10/6:
We will be doing finishing, and assembly.
Here are the jobs that will need done:
For scouts under 16, they can do hand sanding, and holding pieces for assembly.
Scouts 16 and over will help with assembly.
For adults, they can help with glue, and driving pocket hole screws.
Near the end of October, or first week of November, we will need help installing at The Margaret House.
