Safety Week 2019 (Sept. 23-27)

Next week Barrington 220 will hold its 2nd Annual Safety Week. The goal of safety week is to raise awareness among our students, parents, staff and community members.

During each school day next week, all students will view a one minute video that has a "Safety 220 Tip of the Day." Each tip corresponds with a safety theme for that day of the week. In addition to a safety tip for students, each video also has one tip for parents.

Next week we will be running an alternative bell schedule each day to facilitate the safety week activities. See next week's bell schedule here.

We have lots going on, so if you'd like to connect and learn all the things your student isn't telling you:

- Click here if you would like to be added to the PTO email distribution list

- Follow us on Facebook and Instagram at BHS220PTO

The next meeting will be on Monday, October 14th, 9:15am in room C271!

After two years of work, and the successful completion of upgrading the library furniture, the PTO's new major initiative is raising money for modular seating in the cafeteria. This will make the cafeteria a more friendly, appealing place where the students will want to hang out and eat. Every dollar makes an impact! Click here for more information.
