We anticipate that parents/guardians will be able to log into your Skyward account on Friday, January 22nd to view your child’s report card starting at 9:00 A.M. (See below for information regarding logging into Skyward.)

Here are the steps you will follow to access the information:

1 - Login to Family Access

2 - Click on the Portfolio folder for the student

3 - Click on the Report Card folder for your student

4 - Click on the download button to download a PDF of the Report Card

5 - Once the Report Card has been downloaded, you may print a copy

If you have more than one student, you will need to follow the steps for each child. If you are experiencing a technical difficulty please send an email to familyaccess@phm.k12.in.us and someone will assist you.
