Thank you to everyone who helped us by sending emails and texts to friends and family members! Our fundraiser was a huge success and we raised more than $12,000 for the choir program!!!

Calling all Raider Choir Parents!!

We are so excited to host our Capital City Showcase Competition for show choirs! Mark your calendars for Friday night, March 24th from 4:00-10:00pm and all day Saturday, March 25th. We have 25 groups from all over Texas and Oklahoma and even Iowa competing that day! We have hundreds of people to feed and manage on both days. We really need the support of all choir families to donate to our concessions and help volunteer at the competition. Profits from CCS are vital to our choir program.

Volunteer

We need lots of parents helping with group check in, ticket sales, merchandise sales, concessions, monitoring the auditorium and more. It is mandatory for all show choir parents to commit to at least 1-2 shifts of 3 hours. Please go to the sign up link below if you can help us with set up, clean up or during the competition!

Donate

Please sign up to donate things for our concession stand by reviewing the available slots on the Donation Sign Up Genius. Donations can be dropped off in the choir room starting March 21st. Perishable items should be delivered to the choir room on March 24th.

Our next meeting is Tuesday, April 4th at 6:00pm in person in the choir room. You may come in the door in the loading zone area on the North side of the campus. We will be planning our end of the year events.

There are still just a few people who need to take care of the choir fee for the year. Be looking for an email reminder soon!

The yearly participation fee for the Raider Choir is $90. This includes their choir t-shirt, supplies, and meals before our concerts.

Parents have several options to cover their fee payment. You can pay in the $90 in full. two $45 semester payments, or make 9, $10 monthly payments. Please go to www.raiderchoir.org to pay online via PayPal.

The choir directors and boosters are committed to an inclusive program. Lack of funds will not prohibit students from participation in the program. Please let Mrs. Rhodes know if you need special consideration.
