Principal Notes:
I hope everyone had a great spring break with your families. We are now on the downhill. The next few weeks will fly by, as they always do, I am sure.
Just a few things for this week:
I will be at Child Advocacy Center board meeting Tuesday morning. I will probably be in around 9:00. Google Talk me if you need me.
Please let me know the particulars for the field trips and make sure you have contacted Mr. Hicks with a transportation request so he can plan the busses accordingly. Also let Kendra know so she can plan lunches as well. I am not sure who is taking charge of each one, but I am assuming someone from each group will be stepping up and organizing. If you have any questions or concerns, let me know. It is my understanding that someone has provided funding for transportation for each of these trips.
I want to tell everyone how impressed I am with your attitude, temperament, and integrity during our district's difficult times. I feel like the general demeanor of everyone I have spoken to the past couple of weeks has been one of obvious trepidation, but also overwhelming selflessness and solidarity . It is unfortunate that it often takes times of crisis to appreciate the true nature and remarkable benevolence of those with whom we spend each day. I sincerely appreciate and admire this group of professionals and co-workers that I am blessed to also call friends.
