Parent/Child Yoga at the YMCA
Parent Child Yoga is a new class offered at the Muscatine Community YMCA. We would love to fill the room with adults & children who are excited to try Yoga.
The class is designed to teach traditional and fun yoga poses for both parents and their children to help with flexibility, strength, balance and a calming focus. A good tool to use for bonding and bringing together a parent and child sharing a goal.
