4th Grade Magnet Classroom Update
January 22-25
Dot Day and End of Marking Period Reflections
At the beginning of the year, our school participated in Dot Day. Students created their own dots to reflect on who they are as learners. As the second marking period ends, students will update their dots and will also complete end of marking period reflections to celebrate their growth from the marking period!

In math, students will take a pre-assessment for our next math unit which is focused on converting measurements. Students will set goals from the pre-assessment and begin planning a math product to demonstrate their learning. In science, we will learn about binary code, hieroglyphics, and morse code and how these codes are used to transfer information.
