  • Tapeworms are commonly found anywhere. But they're most commonly found in the digestive tract.

  • Tapeworms feed through their skin. Since they don't have a mouth they could use.

  • They can reproduce sexually, and asexually.
  • When they're young they're roughly 1-2 centimeters. And as an adult they're around 30 meters on average.
  • Tapeworm adapt to their hosts by securing an anchor to the gut of its host.
  • The hosts main choices are, pigs, cows, rodents, cats, and also humans.

  • You can get a tapeworm from eating raw meat.
  • There's over 1,500 different types of tapeworms.
