Disney Land opens !Still open till this day and It makes over 400 million dollars yearly .It makes dreams come true for many people all over America .It is very liked place by the entire family and brings money for the economy . Employs about 58,000 people.
1962
First Wal-Mart opens . Walmart is one of the biggest family companies . It is one of the biggest companies all across america being a grocery store . Walton family aka Wal-Mart owner family makes about 91 million a day and about 33 billion a year . A big contributor to the economy.
1985
November 20,1985 the first version of Windows operating system for computers is released. Windows is still widely used till this day .

The picture phone is finally out . It allowed you to see callers and they could see you as well .It was introduced in the 1964 World's Fair in NY.
1987
The first 3-D video game created. Video games became very popular from then forward . They had arcade games , game consoles and computer games.
2000
May 2,2000 the GPS came out . The automotive navigation system . Helped you know and led you to the way or somewhere you needed to go . It replaced the annoying fold up car map.
