Here's a message from Yanan:

"Learning is a life-long process. We can never stop learning as the world is so big and the wisdom of life is so deep. When we sit in a place of discomfort, that just means there are new things we need to learn. And most of the time, we are really learning more about ourselves and about life. Regardless what we do as a job or a profession, being kind to others and ourselves is probably the best standard for any decision that we make."
