"Reading, after a certain age, diverts the mind too much from its creative pursuits. Any man who reads too much and uses his own brain too little falls into lazy habits of thinking" -Albert Einstein
Who Am I?
My Brain
I am comfortable using both sides of my brain. That means I am a very expressive, nurturing, social, and a very deep thinking person, who also still likes structure and organization, and is very responsible.
Decision Making
Behavioral Style
When making decisions I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are usually sociable, friendly, supportive, have talent for building teams, and encouraging others. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as too concerned about others, can't make hard decisions, and can't say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well designed, people oriented group settings.
My Personality Type
#1 Blue
I have a blue personality type. That means that I focus on more than words when I am listening, I watch the tone and body language of the speaker to help me decide how I feel about the speaker. When I'm speaking I express lots of emotion and I'm very polite and mannerly, but I get very frustrated with negativity, conflict, and rudeness.
