Oh my goodness! It is MARCH and this year is flying by so fast, spring break will be here soon!
Our January pre-enrollment was a great success, a sincere thanks to all who participated! I couldn't be more pleased that so many of our current Butterfly School families will be returning in the fall! In February we officially transitioned to the open enrollment phase with many classes already full! We have very limited openings in a few classes!
Be sure to share with your friends looking for spots!

Happy March everyone! The children did such a good job listening and acting out bible stories about four strong and courageous people - David, Daniel, and Joshua. I hope they come home and share the stories and songs we have been singing. In March we will be hearing about how God guides us when we may be lost. God does miraculous things to bring his sheep home! Our memory verse will be
“ God will guide you” Psalm 25:7.

--🎵--MUSICAL MOMENTS--🎵- Ms Deborah
Spring is in the air and we are gearing up for our Spring Program just a couple of months away. I hope that you will enjoy singing our finale song with your children and join us for a school and parent wide sing along for a grand ending to our program. Our final song this year is “Sing Wherever I Go “ (Live) by We the Kingdom. You can find it on most music medias. This month we will be learning more of our program songs as well as bug and ocean animal songs. We will be working more on dynamics, tapping to the beat, and moving to the music. The PreK classes will be studying R is for Rhythm, S is for Strings (we will play a violin), T is for Tempo, U is for Unison, and V is for Voice.

Spring is near and we’re excited to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s Birthday along with Eric Carle and their beloved picture books. In March we will focus on these two authors and create artwork that reflect their storybooks.

🧲🧪-Sensational Science-🔍 Ms Tracy
This month in science the kids will learn about the water cycle by making their own rain clouds, buoyancy with a sink or float activity and building sound structures with Legos. We'll also be celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday by making ooblek from Bartholomew and the Ooblek.
