REMINDER -NEW TRAFFIC PATTERN
As many of you are aware, the traffic pattern at DHS is not ideal and with the new solar canopy and ADA compliant sidewalks, the pedestrian pattern has changed, making the lot more dangerous for our students. To that end, the district consulted a civil engineer to support changes in the traffic flow to increase safety measures.
The general rule is... if you enter from Conrow Road, you will exit onto Conrow Road. If you enter off of Hartford Road, you will exit onto Hartford Road. More specifically:
Pedestrians
If your child parks in the church lot, we ask that they stay on the grass and cross between the cones! They will then continue to walk AGAINST traffic to the next set of cones and then walk along the building(by the Fab Lab) to enter the school. After 7:15am, the gym doors will be open and they can enter there as well.
Hartford Road
Traffic from Hartford Road will proceed past the BOE building and make a right at the current drop off lane and follow the already established drop off locations. Cars will then follow the arrows and travel back towards Hartford Road where they will exit campus.
Conrow Road
Traffic from Conrow Road will make the left into the lot as designated in the chart below and travel to where the cones are set up designating the drop off area. Students being dropped off should ONLY exit the vehicle between these cones. Students and Staff parking on the lot, must wait until they are directly adjacent to their identified or open spot before parking. Drop off vehicles will then follow the arrows and exit campus via Conrow Road.

ATHLETIC NEWS
Mr. Guidotti's Update
The Fall 2022 season came to another exciting finish. The Fall Cheerleading team competed in a competition at Randolph High School on November 20th. The girls worked really hard all season on a special routine and the hard work paid off with a 1st Place finish. Congratulations to the DHS Fall Cheerleading team and Coach Willox on their successful competitive season.
The Winter 2022-2023 season began on Monday, November 21st for DHS Bowling and Swimming. The Bowling team practices at Laurel Lanes while the Swim team uses Camden Academy Charter as their practice facility. Students who were interested in trying out for Basketball and Wrestling showed up in the DHS Main Gym on November 21st. Their official season began on Monday, November 28th. You can find the schedule for all Winter sports at www.burlingtoncountyscholasticleague.org.
If you are unable to attend home DHS contests, the main gym possesses a Pixellot camera that allows you to live stream contests from the comfort of your own home or any internet device. Use the following website in order to subscribe to the NFHS Network, https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/schools/delran-high-school-delran-nj. In order to watch the games live, you must subscribe. It is a paid streaming service. The cost is $11.99 per month which allows you to watch all home basketball games and wrestling matches, as well as any away contests by schools that also use the Pixellot system. A portion of your subscription goes back to the Delran High School Athletic Department.
Transportation Waivers for Winter sports are available now. If your child chooses to participate in a winter sport, please fill out both forms and turn in to the Main office with the name of the sport written on the top of each page. The forms will only be used if Delran is unable to provide transportation to a practice or away contest.
