How to acheive excellence
To acheive excellence in dance you need flexibility, stamina and strenth. To acheive excellence in netball you need speed, agility and stamina. To acheive excellence in gymnastics you need flexibility ,strenth, agility, stamina, balance and speed.
Both men need srength in their arms to throw and catch the girl, she needs strength in her legs to jump and strength in her body to hold her position in the air.
This person needs strength in his arms to hold himself up and to move himself in the right action and to also make controled.
The girls in the green need alot of power and strength in their legs to jump high enough and flexibility in their arms to reach for the ball.The girl with the ball needs power in her arms to throw the ball over the other teams arms and to the right place.

A dancer needs to be flexable and to be able to move thier body in a range of different movements They also need to have stamina to last throughout a performance. They need alot of strength to hold they body in the correct position.

A gymnast needs speed to perform there moves quickley and sharply they also need agility to go in the right directions. They need stamina to throughout there performance. They to be very flexable to do the different persitions and tricks.
