May 2016 Updates

Hello, all PUSD employees!

With less than a month of school left, we want to help you prepare for things to come during the next month and throughout this summer. ITS will be in the office all summer to continue in assisting in EdTech trainings, and application and systems support. Our office will be open Monday - Thursday as we will be on a 4 day/10 hour schedule throughout the summer weeks. Also, please feel free to visit our new PUSD website pages that we will continue to update with many more resources and department information.

Before You Leave For Summer

It's good practice to change your password a few times per year in order to protect your accounts from being compromised. Please visit ARMS in order to change your password or to claim your PUSD account, if you haven't done so already.

Why is it important to claim my account? Next year we will fully implement a more secure system for logging into our WiFi. In order to log in, you will need to have claimed your account through ARMS. When you claim your account you are also linking your PUSD credentials (lastname.firstname and your password) to multiple accounts for a smoother sign in process to our PUSD applications.

If you arrive at ARMS and run into some roadblocks, you may have already claimed your account. Try to sign in with your PUSD credentials (lastname.firstname and your gmail password) to see if you can log in. If this doesn't work, please contact our helpdesk at or 88830. Lastly, your employee ID can be found on a paystub or you can contact HR for this information.

Please see the video below on how to claim your account today!
