Principal's Message

A few years ago, we hung a banner in the front hallway that reads, "Through these halls pass the greatest students in the world." I love when we have evidence to support that claim! Here is an email I received about our students:

Dear Mr. Willis,

I just wanted to let you know that your students who attended the performance of LIGHTNING THIEF at the North Shore Music Theatre were polite and well-behaved. They were a great audience as they attended to the show. It was a pleasure having them at our theatre. Thank you!

Enjoy the rest of your school year!!

I need parent volunteers to supervise our young musicians during the dress rehearsal on Tuesday May 3rd from 7:30-8:30 a.m. while I conduct the 2 bands. An extra set of eyes would also be helpful at the concert on May 4th 6:30– 8:00 p.m. The children will be in their warm up room prior to performing on stage and your presence in the room would be extremely helpful. Thank you! - Richard Carpenter

COMPOST SALE

The Manchester Essex Green Team is selling 40 pound bags of Black Earth Compost converted into rich and nutritious soil made from the Manchester Essex School District’s compost for $8 each. This sale will be happening on a rolling basis starting in April and will continue all year long. All participation is greatly appreciated because the profits will be donated to the Green Team programs in all three schools. The funds collected will be used to fund great projects happening throughout the district. The Team is accepting credit card orders by visiting the Team’s secure website at http://www.greenteam.mersd.org, click on the “buy compost” option on the homepage. Or you make payments by checks made out to MERSD and send to The Green Team, 36 Lincoln Street, Manchester.
