Before you learn about the Boston Massacre you need to know what led up to it.


Stamp Act 1765


This made the colonist very angry the British taxed the colonist on news paper and other documents this made the colonist very angry!


Townshed Revenue Act 1776



This is what happened after the stamp act. The British taxed on lead,glass,paint,paper and tea colonist started saying no taxation with no representation.


French And Indian War 1753-1754



The British spent a lot of money on this war and made colonist pay for all the money they spent on this war. The British won to French. this war was very expensive and king George made colonists have to help pay for all the money they spent on the war.



Boston Massacre 1770



The massacre started bye school kids throwing snow balls at a British guard. a crowd gathered and began fighting and the British shot there guns that how the Massacre started from the British guard.

All About the Boston Massacre

This is what happened during the Boston Massacre. The massacre started by kids throwing snow balls at a British guard. The guard called for back up and they thought that captain Preston shouted fire!! They shot their guns and the Massacre started. Five people were killed and 9 others were injured. The Boston Massacre also started because Edward Garrick was sent to give a British officer money but they would not let him in. the colonists were mad because they would not let him in. later the soldiers had to get their thumbs burnt because the massacre. it was not supposed to happen to the colonist. so that's why they got there thumbs burned.

Mini Story\ The Soldier

I saw a British guard I started throwing snow balls at the guard then I put a stick in the snowball and threw it a crowd came around me the soldier called for back up and they all had there guns they thought they heard captain Preston call an odor fire!! and the solders shot there guns at use all. I fell to the ground what happened to me? were am I? I herd the solders leaving one stayed I stayed on the ground dazed. a lot of smoke was every were I looked were was every body? were had they all gone? I looked at the stained concrete on the ground it was stained red blood coming from every direction. was I dead? was I alive? I stayed there for a long time with my eyes closed.

The Boston Massacre was an important event be for the Revolutionary War. 5 people for no reason,Sam Adams got every one riled up bye calling it a Massacre and most of all because it was the first time the British got punished be for the Revolutionary War.

One reason the Boston Massacre was important event in the Revolutionary War is that 5 people died for no reason. for example Edward Garrick was trying to give money to a British officer but they would not let him in kids started throwing snow balls and a crowd came around them.

Another reason the Boston Massacre was an important event of the Revolutionary War is that Sam Adams got every one riled up bye calling a massacre. For example he did not need to get every one riled up,it should not be called a massacre and only 5 people died not 10.

Although the Boston Massacre was an important event be for the Revolutionary War because 5 people died for no reason and because Sam Adams got every one riled up for no reason bye calling it a massacre. the Boston Massacre was an important event in the Revolutionary War is especially important because it was the first time the British got punished be for the Revolutionary War for example they got punished for shooting there guns. They had to get there thumbs burnt and the temp was over 100'F.
