The 2022-23 5Essentials/School Climate Survey window will be Jan. 24-March 31. Participation in the 5Essentials is required by schools annually, as the survey is part of the non-academic indicators for the summative designation for accountability.

E-Learning Renewal
Elmwood Park CUSD 401 Board of Education will hold a School Board Meeting/Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to consider and receive public comment on the renewal of the e-Learning Program to allow the District to utilize “e-learning days” in lieu of emergency days.
The Public Hearing will be held in the Auditorium at Elmwood Park High School, 8201 West Fullerton Avenue, Elmwood Park, Illinois.

Black History Month
Students and staff will be collaborating to create a bulletin board that incorporates famous Black individuals who were the first to make history.
Families can also share these slides with their students to discuss the important contributions of Black individuals at home.
February is Teen Dating Violence Action Month

Attached please find information regarding the Sarah's Inn our 3rd annual Youth Voice Award! This is an opportunity for high school students in the area to share their thoughts around gender roles, domestic violence, teen dating violence, high profile instances of domestic violence, and the impact of media on all of these.
