Covid Office Guidelines

WHAT TO DO WHEN A STUDENT OR STAFF BECOME SICK AT SCHOOL

Please remember that we are following guidelines from the Department of Health. Students who become ill during the day must be picked up. Please see the COVID Office Guidelines below. These are the guidelines we must follow to ensure that students can continue to come to school. Our staff is working very hard so students can be in the buildings. We know these are frustrating times, and we understand. Please remember this if our staff needs to call you to pick up your student and be kind. We are in this together, and we are stronger together!

COVID Office Guidelines

Students and Staff must be sent home if they show 1 of the following

  • Fever (100.4°F) or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Recent loss of taste or smell

Send students and staff home if they show 2 or more of the following
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • Unusual fatigue
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
