SPRING SPORTS SEASON BEGINS MARCH 15TH!

PARENTS-Check Genesis to confirm that your child is eligible to participate.


Students will not be eligible to participate for the entire spring season

if all forms are not completed before March 15th.


***Physical Exam date must be dated 3/16/2021 and after.***


****Students with a prior Covid-19 diagnosis must have this

additional clearance form

completed by their doctor.****

LOOKING FOR DONATIONS

A project is underway at Eisenhower to create water bottle holders for every student desk. This project requires empty wipes containers to see it through. These could be from baby wipes, cleaners, etc.


Please consider sending in your cleaned out empty wipes containers to help us meet our goal. Empty containers can be brought to the main office. Thank you for your support!

STAYING HYDRATED!

Students are encouraged to bring in water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the day. Water bottles are available for sale-$1.00/bottle.

HOW TO REPORT A STUDENT ABSENCE DURING A PANDEMIC

If your child will be absent from school, you must call the attendance line to report the absence. Please state the following:
  • Your child's name
  • Grade
  • State the reason for the absence with specific symptoms. NOTE: Students with symptoms consistent with Covid-19 will be excluded from school per the NJDOH guidelines.


REGULAR ABSENCES

All other absences must be followed up with a parent/guardian, or medical note. The note must include child's name, date of absence(s) as well as reason for the absence. For your convenience, you may use the District Attendance Note containing approved excusable absence reasons.

As a reminder, students may remove their mask once they have their lunch and seated at a desk. Once they are finished eating, masks should be put back on.
