Teachers,
As always, thank you for all of the hard work and dedication you provide to our students. I am truly blessed to work with such a great staff. Thank you for always working with me and my ever changing schedule.
Last month I attended a training on how to use our Immersion charts to help plan our Genre Unit lessons. If any team in interested in being my guinea pig and try it out let me know. It is a tool to assist in planning... honestly it will help you plan smarter not harder.
Have a wonderful weekend Colt's!
Book Of the Month
"Have you ever collected coupons from a cereal box? Maybe you were saving them up for a book or a toy. Well, when Dan and his brother decide to collect 100 coupons so that they can have their very own lion, they assume the task will be easy enough. A wildly wacky story where anything can happen!" (Book description from Amazon)
This book was presented at one of my ELAR meetings last month and Mrs. Banda had great noticing lessons and grammar lessons to go with it. I can't wait to get my hands on a copy!
