Graduation Spotlight
Graduation Spotlight Class of 2023
Week of September 26
Cap and Gown Orders:
Jostens will be at the school on Monday, October 17 to meet with seniors about ordering graduation supplies. Supplies include the cap and gown package (must purchase), announcements/thank you notes (optional), clothing (optional), class ring, and other jewelry (optional). Mrs. France will meet with any senior not in attendance to get them the information.
Jostens will return Monday, October 24 to take cap and gown orders during all lunch shifts. If you are not ready to order at that time, you can order online at a later date. My goal is to have all orders placed before December 31, as the price increases after the first of the year.
Other important dates:
Graduation Rehearsal: Tuesday, May 30- Seniors should plan on being in school ALL DAY for this event. A light breakfast will be served, then the ceremony will be rehearsed. Seniors will have their class photo taken, watch the senior slide show, and then celebrate one last time together at the Senior Lunch. Graduation tickets will be distributed following the lunch. Please do not schedule any appointments and do not plan to go to work during the day, as all seniors are expected to attend. A lot of time, money, and planning go into making this day a fun one for the seniors and we want them all to be able to enjoy it.
Graduation: Wednesday, May 31, at 6pm- This is a ticketed event. Families and friends not able to attend in person will be able to watch the ceremony via livestream. Information about this will be shared through email and social media closer to May 31.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at france.bernadette@ccpsstaff.org.
