Paper Staff Call March 16, 2018
Louisiana Virtual Charter Academy
Please Complete today.. All Staff
Hi LAVCA Team,
In efforts to update and enhance the website, we want to add faculty and staff bios with pictures (if available). Below are some best practices and an example of a faculty bio.
- Try to limit bios to 3 or 4 sentences. Longer bio’s become difficult to read and result in excessive scrolling to see the entire listing of staff and teachers.
- If including photos, please provide high resolution, head or head and shoulder shots.
- Professional bios are best written in third person.
I also want to start spotlighting teachers on social media. This is optional for faculty, but really helps to engage our families.
Teacher Spotlights
On the spreadsheet you will also find a page to input “Teacher Spotlights” These are just some fun questions to help our families get to know their teachers better.
Below is the website that you can add your information to on the shared drive. I would appreciate if we could have this done by Friday, March 16th,
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
