Park Hill South High School is hosting the HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and University) Fair and Showcase on February 26, 2020 from 6-8pm! Students are encouraged to visit the website ASAP to register in advance. Click HERE to register.

Headed to Prom? Need a dress?

Woods Chapel United Methodist Church will offer free prom dresses and accessories at its Prom Boutique, March 4-7, in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Boutique hours will be 3 to 7 p.m., March 4-6, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., March 7. Young ladies may take home one dress from 3,000 new or almost-new prom dresses from size 0 to size 32, plus, shoes, a purse and jewelry. Volunteers can make simple alterations on site if needed. The boutique has a limited selected of tuxedos, suits, dress shirts and shoes for the gentlemen as well.
