PH & SB News!

Important District News for the week of August 30

Great start!

We're off to a great start this year! It has been so wonderful to see the students returning to the classrooms, making new friends, laughing, and jumping back into the routines of school. Both schools had a great turnout for our Back to School Night this past week as well.

We appreciate your assistance and patience as we iron out our procedures and routines, and your feedback is welcomed. Please contact either school's office if you have any feedback or questions. Thank you!

Home-School Connection

All of us at Pine Hil & South Bay are looking forward to working with you to develop the best school experience possible for your child and family. When families are involved in education, there are significant benefits for students. Students demonstrate more positive attitudes toward school and learning, higher achievement and test scores, improved behavior, increased homework completion, greater participation in academic activities, and improved school attendance.

From the Office

If you haven't done so already, please take a few moments to complete all the first day paperwork and return to the school office ASAP. This information helps the school to ensure we have proper contact information, allows students to use the computers and check out library books, as well as how we can best support your student and family throughout the school year. Thank you for making the completion of these forms a priority.

Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center (FRC) is available to assist families in a variety of ways, including housing, food, and health. If you need assistance with anything, please reach out to FRC coordinator Cassi Lehue at 707-296-0083.
