"Lost" Devices If you have any devices that show up this way--we know it's not "lost" in the traditional sense--it is because as far as our back-end system is concerned, we don't know where it is/who it belongs to/what apps it needs/etc. Please follow the instructions and help us to help YOU! Thanks! | Knowing Your "Name"The name should show up on the home screen, in the bottom-middle. Always let us know this name if you need anything on your iPad(s) or when they have problems. If we can solve it from our office, it will be fixed MUCH faster, with this information! Sadly, not all of our devices can take advantage of this awesome feature... | ... :( (Sad face...) If that is the case, you can still navigate into your iPad "Settings" and go to "General" and "About" and find your "Name" and/or "Serial Number". This information is vital to helping us serve you best. Always know where to find this. IF your device does have a display name on the lock screen but it doesn't match your Name on the Settings About page, PLEASE let us know, as that might delay service for you at some point in the future! |
