Interim Reports - Quarter 1
Fall Virtual Learning is very different from the continuation of learning that occurred in the Spring. All students have graded assignments each week in each content area. These assignments determine grades for the quarter. Teachers emailed interim reports to parents of students whose performance is not satisfactory or are failing on Oct. 9th.
Please reach out to your child's teacher with questions.
Remember...
School is closed for students on
Friday, October 16th
and
Tuesday, November 3rd

Schoology: Did You Know?
Schoology has the great feature for students to complete assignments like Google Assignments, in the platform without having to open up a bunch of tabs!
This feature allows students to work and submit in the same place. However, if students click the button to "Edit Assignment," a new tab in Google will open. This allows students to see their work with all the features of Google Docs and Google Slides. Unfortunately, students do not have the ability to submit assignments directly from Google Docs or Google Slides if they open up a new tab. For adults supporting at-home, it is important that students are reminded that they have to hit the "Submit Assignment" button in Schoology; otherwise, work will not be turned in and marked as Missing.
If you are noticing that your child is missing a number of assignments, we encourage you to go back with them and check that their complete work has been submitted properly. Missing or incomplete assignments can be found in the grade reports section in a parent account or on the "Grades" section of a student course page.
