MAKE-UP PICTURE DAY MOVED TO OCTOBER 20th
BOX TOPS FALL COLLECTION DRIVE
We are shooting to make this the best Box Tops collecting school year yet!
We cannot accomplish that goal without your support.
We have just started our “Fall Collection Drive”, and you should have your new baggie that was sent in last week’s conduit.
If you have not received one, please ask your room parent, and we will make sure to get one to you asap.
The next turn in day is November 18th, so happy cutting until then!
Congrats to the winners for the Summer Challenge.
Keep up the collecting!

NEW VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Westpark is pleased to announce that we have begun using Raptor Visitor/Volunteer
Management System. Raptor will better allow us to track visitors and volunteers in our school and provide us with a safer environment for students and staff. Part of keeping students and faculty safe is knowing who is in our building at all times and this new process allows us to do that. Please see the attachment for more information.
RE-REGISTRATION:
As in past years, all of our beginning of the year paperwork is online and completed through the parent portal. Directions for completion can be found here. Please complete it as soon as possible as it contains important consent information for school activities.
SUBMIT YEARBOOK PHOTOS:
Do you have photos from school events? Submit them for the yearbook!
Go to www.ptawestpark.com, click on the Yearbook link on the right-hand side, and follow the instructions to upload them. Photos must be from school events (no family/vacation photos, please), group shots are preferred, and please no more than 15 photos at a time. The links will be open for about three weeks after each event, so be sure to upload as soon as possible!
