Educating every child for confidence today and contribution tomorrow.
A Message From the Principal
Hello Dieringer Heights families!
This morning we had a positively wonderful Veterans Day Assembly! Each grade level sang beautiful songs and middle school students shared special essays thanking our veterans for their service. It was great to be able to hold this special event in person again this year. We are so thankful to have such a great way to thank all our veterans. At the end of the assembly, all of our honored guests came to the front to be recognized and receive a little gift, courtesy of the Student Council and our SERVE Crew. We were so happy to see so many faces out in the crowd. Thank you, veterans!
The annual Student Council Food Drive is underway. Please support our local food bank with your donations. Thanks.
Please remember Wednesday, November 23rd is an EARLY RELEASE DAY. School is dismissed at 11:30 am to kick-off the Thanksgiving break. Lunch will not be served.
Have a great Veterans Day Weekend!
Kevin Anderson, Principal

Flu Shot and Vaccine Clinic Monday, Nov 14, at NTMS for Students and Families; 2:30-6:15 pm
We are partnering with Walgreens Pharmacy to offer flu shots and the Moderna Covid bivalent booster (as well as Tdap vaccine for 7th graders, required for school attendance). Registration is required for an appointment, linked here. A separate registration time is required for each person in a family. Minors 17 years old and younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Walgreens can bill for most major insurance plans, except for Molina and Amerigroup. Please bring your insurance card and wear short sleeves.
Please complete the consent for vaccination here and bring it to your appointment.
We will need to give Walgreens staff your student’s name and date of birth if you would like them to get a Tdap vaccine. Walgreens needs to verify insurance payment ahead of time for this vaccine only. We will notify you if they tell us it is not covered by insurance.
Walgreens is able to administer flu shots to anyone age 3 and older (all flu vaccine is preservative free), Moderna Covid bivalent boosters to anyone age 6 and older, and Tdap to students age 11 and older.
Please bring your Covid vaccination card if you would like a Moderna Covid booster, and your student’s vaccination record for the Tdap vaccine.
