From the desk of Mrs. Wyman...

Dear Patriot Parents,

We are so thankful for your support of our annual carnival. It was a great evening with LOTS of Patriots & tons of fun!

We are thankful that March has arrived and will hopefully bring with it sunshine and warmer temps! To kick off the month of March, we are very excited to invite your family to our Open House & Book Fair scheduled for Thursday, March 3 from 6-7:30pm. We will be showcasing the work of your students in their classrooms. The Scholastic Book Fair will be open for the duration of the event. Doors open at 6:00pm. See you Thursday!

Skating begins in PE on March 14. The skating unit will last through March 25. Please remember to have your child wear tall socks for the duration of the unit. If you have not yet turned in your skating form & money, please do so by Friday, March 4.

Please keep your eyes out for details about the upcoming Trivia Night hosted by PTO and the registration forms for Spring Afterschool Clubs. Clubs will run from April 4-29.

Finally, the Illinois Assessment of Readiness test will be administered to our 3rd-6th grade students in April. A letter will be sent to families of our 3rd-6th grade students to give information about the test, how the results are used, and how you can help your student be prepared. The schedule for IAR testing will be shared with families before Spring Break, as our students will take the test between the window of April 5-14.

We can't wait to see you on Thursday for Open House!
