She has been out of the work force for almost 3 years, but has been acting as a food pantry coordinator for a non-profit, Project Restoration, Inc. They are a client choice pantry with 2 distribution sites and a home delivery program for medically home-bound individuals. She will continue this activity in addition to her current return to the classroom. She enjoys reading and crafting in her spare time.
