Family Focus
This year we are taking more of a family focused approach to homework. We believe that spending quality family time is vital in the success of your student. We will provide family friendly, engaging homework activities and assignments. We would love if you would send us pictures of these activities and share them with us.
This weeks Family focus: Go fish making 10. Played the same way as traditional go fish except instead of asking for the same number to make a pair you will ask for a number that you can add to yours to make 10. For example if I have a 4 I could ask my friend, do you have a 6? If they have it then they give it to me and I would go again. If they do not have that card then they will say go fish, I will draw a card from the deck and it's the next persons turn. Winner can be decided 2 ways. 1. The person at the end who has the most pairs or 2. the person who gets rid of all their cards first.
