Your Weekly BGS PTO News & Happenings

The Halloween Hoot is just a week away

Next Friday's Halloween Hoot is bound to be a good time! Doors open at 7, admission is $5 per kid (max of $10). We'll have a DJ, fun, games and prizes for the kids in addition to our usual trunk or treating. Plus we'll have a 50-50! Pay admission ahead of time on PTBoard.

*This is NOT a drop off event. A parent/guardian must stay with child.

Register for the Thanksgiving Feast

Don't forget to register for our annual school-wide Thanksgiving Feast! All students and staff join together as a school family to share a fully catered Thanksgiving dinner.

This BGS tradition provides our students with a fun, delicious and meaningful experience. Because this is a catered event, we'll need an accurate headcount of those participating. Please register your child on PTBoard. We are asking $8 per person for those who will be enjoying the catered meal.

The PTO will ensure we have the main course, but we would appreciate donations of desserts. We'll also need helpers to set up, serve, and clean up from the event. If you can make a dessert contribution or help serve, signup here.

Enter our Centerpiece Competition

Sign up here to put your craftiness to use by contributing a centerpiece for the Thanksgiving Feast. The centerpieces will be judged by our volunteers that day and the winner of the BEST centerpiece will receive a $25 gift card to ShopRite. The student winner will also receive a little something for his/herself. The centerpieces will be raffled off to one lucky person at each table. Your child's centerpiece will be the Thanksgiving centerpiece for another Bradley Gardens family at Thanksgiving.

We can't wait to see all the wonderful centerpieces. If you sign up, the centerpieces need to be at school by Monday, November 14th.

*YOUR CENTERPIECES WILL NOT BE RETURNED HOME. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE RETURNED. THESE WILL BE RAFFLED OFF.
