My topic is important because people can get skinny and have muscle. They can also live a long and healthy life.
If you workout, then, you will have biceps like this.
Running will keep you in shape and you won't get fat from being a couch potato.
If you workout, you will have less fat, in other words you'd be skinny!

You can go exercise everyday to stay healthy. Also, you can eat healthy foods.
