Hadfield Parents and Families,
New this school year, Hadfield is conducting Listening Conferences. These conferences will occur on September 13th or September 21st. Listening Conferences are intended for our school staff to get to know you and your student(s). You know your child best and can really help us make 2017-18 school the absolute best for your son or daughter. Each conference time slot is 15 minutes and the student is encouraged to attend and contribute. Below you will find samples of information you may want to share with your son or daughter’s teacher.
If you have any questions or are having difficulties scheduling a conference please feel free to contact Mrs. Roth at 262-970-1505.

Annual Online Registration
Annual registration is a process by which families can update the information on file with the district. This process is required to be completed by all families at least once per year. For the safety and security of your child it is important that the school district has accurate contact and address information on file for your family. This information can be supplied on-line using the process described in the Online Registration Procedure.
If you have never logged into the Parent Portal or have forgotten your password contact Mrs. Roth at 970-1505 for access.
Students will not be allowed to take their iPads home until the Annual Registration section is completed.
Before School Drop Off and After School Pick Up
Before SchoolStudents should go to the playground before school with supervision starting at 8:15am. The bell rings at 8:35am and students will line up with their teachers to enter the building. Students will be allowed to enter the front doors for breakfast only until 8:30am. After that all students will be directed to the playground. Linden Street is a two way street before school and there is a lot of traffic so please don't allow your child to cross the street in front of traffic. There is no parking on the south side of Linden Street which is the side closest to school. Please be aware that it is a $25 parking ticket if you park there.
Linden Street becomes a ONE WAY street from Bell Street to Oakland Avenue beginning at 3:00pm. You may park on the south side of Linden Street which is the side closest to school. There is NO PARKING on the north side of Linden. There is also NO PARKING on Oakland Avenue as this is where the busses park.
