Welcome Back!

With much excitement and enthusiasm, the school year for RBBCSC students will start on Thursday, August 3. Please see below for registration dates, supply lists, and important information. This newsletter will be published once a month and sent to all RBBCSC families and staff via email, and posted on Facebook on the district's page. Almost all information from the district is emailed, so it is important to make sure that all adults in the household (who require information) have a working email address that can be checked daily. Some choose to have a separate email address just for school notifications.

Registration Information

RETURNING students (and already registered K students): Online registration opens Wednesday, 7/19.


Please go to the Harmony link below, login, select your child's name, and scroll down to complete the necessary documents to finish registration. If Harmony says you need a code, you will need to contact the school. Please be patient with everyone, as there have been some glitches with Harmony.


NEW students to RBBCSC need to be registered in person at your child's school on either Tuesday, 7/25 or Wednesday 7/26 from 8:30 - 3:00. Please call the office of the school your child will attend if you have questions. School Lunch Information

Good NEWS: RBBCSC was approved for an exemption on the Paid Lunch Equity requirement, so therefore, they WILL NOT be raising student breakfast and lunch prices!


Elementary Schools: $1.10 Breakfast, $2.55 Lunch

Secondary Schools: $1.35 Breakfast, $2.70 Lunch

Reduced Meals: $.30 Breakfast, $.40 Lunch


Please complete a financial assistance form on Harmony during your registration process. Also, don’t forget to “Set it and Forget It” on www.myschoolbucks.com to refill your student’s lunch account. Our district is an online payment district, however, if is necessary to pay by check, please do so prior to school starting at the Nutrition Services Director’s office located at the RBBCSC Service Center. 812-876-7100

On-line registration for returning students will begin July 19th and should be completed before Chromebook pick-up at EJHS on July 31st or August 1st from 4-7 pm.


Parents should login to their Harmony 3 Family Access account to complete all forms. Student schedules will be available on July 28th after 3 pm.

Students new to Richland-Bean Blossom Schools should contact the office starting July 19th to make arrangements for enrollment.

7th and 8th grade boys interested in participating in football this fall should plan to pick up equipment this Thursday, July 20th, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at the school. Practices will begin Monday, July 24th. Practices will be held from 8 to 9:30 a.m. July 24th-28th, and from 2:30-4:30 p.m. July 31st-August 4th.

Edgewood High School (EHS) 9-12

There is no specified supply list. Individual teachers may have a short list once school starts.


Edgewood High School Registration and Important Beginning of the Year Dates


July 19
- Online Registration opens in Harmony* for returning students.
- New students to RBBCSC should call the high school office to set up an appointment for enrollment on July 20 or later.

August 1
- Schedules available in Harmony.
- Notifications will be sent by email after the start of the school year when book fee statements are available.
- EHS for students to find classrooms/lockers - 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Mustang Kick-Off for freshmen 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. There will be a parent meeting at 5:30 PM in the auditorium. The information covered in this meeting will also be covered at EHS Open House.

August 3
- First day of school
- Chromebooks will be distributed in homerooms

August 9
- Open House, 6:45 PM

August 22
