K-5 Supervision Sept. 12 Late Start

Our first Late Start Day for the 2022-2023 school year is set for Sept. 12. The WSD provides supervision for K-5 students who need to be dropped off at the regular start time on that date.

Monday, Sept. 5, is the deadline to register and pay for K-5 supervision for the Late Start on Monday, Sept. 12. The supervision for students in grades K-5 is $10 per child for each late start day. This service is separate from Chautauqua and only for students NOT already enrolled in the Chautauqua Before School Program.

To arrange for adequate staffing, you must register and pay for K-5 supervision by the end of the day on Monday, Sept. 5. (Please note: you may register for multiple dates by filling out the form one time. You don't need to wait and register before each late start date.) Once you have registered, payments can be made by cash or check to your child’s school or via PayPal.

Late starts provide valuable collaboration time for our teachers across the District and yet we understand these days can be a challenge for working parents especially. The supervision option was established to assist those parents who need it.
