Last year over 1.6 million juniors in more than 22,000 high schools nationwide took the PSAT. Of those less than 1%, or around 15,000, have achieved the status of National Merit Finalist. Two North Stars have earned this distinction and now have the opportunity to compete for Merit Scholarships.

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE!
The St. Charles Education Foundation Scholarship Deadline is March 11, 2022
The St. Charles Education Foundation annually awards scholarships to one or more graduating seniors at each of the two D303 high schools. The monetary value of each scholarship will be a minimum of $1000.00. To qualify, seniors are expected to further their education at a 2-year or 4-year college or university, vocational school or post high school institution of higher learning. The scholarships are a one-time non-renewable award which will be granted based on overall merit. The scholarship applications are available in the guidance office and https://www.stcedfoundation.org

CALLING ALL SENIORS!
North PTO scholarship applications are available on the CCR Naviance site. We offer two $1000 scholarships; applicants' families need to be current PTO members (you can pay current year membership dues of $30 prior to submission of application on PushCoin or the PTO website). All applications are reviewed by an independent, external panel of three and the deadline is March 17, 2022.
