SENIOR UPDATE
Thanks to our generous donors, there are many local scholarships available for seniors to apply to in Naviance. The seniors attended an assembly this week and were given a demo of how to search for scholarships. Last school year, our generous community allowed us to award 67 scholarships totaling $97,925 to the members of the class of 2021. We are hopeful to meet or even exceed this amount this year and we encourage seniors to take the time and effort to apply! Mrs. Webb will continue to update Naviance with local scholarships as they are received. Seniors should be mindful of deadlines! There will be a Senior Awards night in June where the winners will be announced. To view a tutorial of how to search for scholarships in Naviance click here.
Some scholarships require transcripts and letters of recommendation. Seniors will need to complete the Transcript Request Form and submit it to Mrs. Webb in guidance at least 5 days prior to the scholarship deadline. The form is also available on the PHS website, Guidance Google Classroom, and in the guidance office. Scholarship applications are also posted on the guidance bulletin board for students.
MIDYEAR TRANSCRIPTS:
Senior transcripts with midyear grades will be sent to colleges that students have applied to in Naviance next week. Students do not need to request to have midyear transcripts sent.

- Know your options if you haven’t applied for financial aid
