Principal's Message

Hello Wildcat families,

We have had a great start to the school year. Our kids are doing an awesome job learning and following the school rules and procedures, they are getting to know one another and their teachers, and are being kind and respectful. It's a joy to have them back!

Thank you parents for getting your children to school on time and for following the carpool procedures. Kids are hopping out quickly and the lines are moving fast. This helps us all start our day off well.

Tomorrow we have our Welcome Back Picnic here at the school. I hope to see many of you here making connections with other families and perhaps your child's teachers. See below for more information.

All the best,

Stephanie Haga

New Check In/Out System

We are implementing a new check in and out system called CheckMate. If your student comes late to school (after the 7:40 AM bell), you will check them in at the kiosk located in the front lobby between the trophy cabinets. Nothing will print and no paper pass will be given to your student because the system will automatically send an alert to Infinite Campus. When you check your student out (no checkouts allowed after 1:45 PM), you will again use the kiosk and then show your ID to Jacky Yin, our front desk receptionist. She will call your student out of class for you.

All late check ins and early check outs are considered unexcused unless you provide a note from a doctor's office.

School Counseling Referral Form

Children sometimes face difficulties in their lives and can use someone to talk to. The counselors see students for short-term individual counseling who are experiencing family or friendship difficulties, grief, academic concerns or any other issues they may be facing. Having a trusted adult at school is very important for students to feel safe. Students can self-refer to meet with me or teachers, parents, and administrators can request that I meet with individual students. If you would like to refer your child for short-term counseling (up to 6 weeks) with our school counselors, click the link below

Schoolwide Performance on Milestones

We are proud of our students' performance on the GA Milestones End of Grade assessments last spring. After a year and a half of learning disruptions, students made tremendous growth throughout the year. We will continue to build on the work this year as we help each child reach their full potential.

Parent Portal

Please ensure you set up your parent portal to receive teacher emails. There is an icon on the Fulton County Schools website as well as the individual school’s websites to access Infinite Campus Parent Portal and information on how to set up an account. Infinite Campus / Program Overview

If you need your student id number, please email Heidi Mueller at muellerh@fultonschools.org.

Please be aware that all students will be active on 8/8/2022 so if you have tried to set up an account and had problems logging in, please try again Monday. If still unable to log-in, then email Heidi Mueller.

Also, it is imperative we have at least one (1) emergency contact in the event we cannot reach you. Please know it does not have to be a family member as a friend and/or neighbor information is fine. Please update your students record in Infinite Campus via a census update.

Student Success Skills

Student Success Skills (SSS) are a set of six skills that are broken down into several topics that are taught across the grade levels throughout the school year. Click the button below to learn more about how we teach these skills at school and how you can partner with us to support this initiative from home.
