Second Job Pays Off
As you know, the district's second job is writing grants. Grants are opportunities for students and we've been pretty good at receiving and maintaining several grants to keep programs going in our district. Most recently, Nikki Carter and three instructors were awarded $1,000 grants by the El Paso County Contractors Association for the following areas:
- The Mill (Construction Technology) Branden Martinez
- Automotive (MRHS) Jeff Beatty
- Metals (WHS) Tye Jones
