It’s hard to believe we are starting to plan for the 2024-2025 school year. This month the students will be selecting courses for next school year. The course selection process will take place in Advisory the week of February 12-15. Students must return course registration forms with parent signatures on February 16

Gearing Up for High School!
The 8th graders will be receiving information regarding high school registration in their ASPIRE on February 5, (Ms. Biwer) or 7 (Mr. Otte). Your student will need to complete the 9th grade registration form and return it to their Aspire teacher by Friday, February 9. This form will be reviewed and returned to you on Monday, February 12, at the Gearing Up for High School evening event. This registration form will be used to schedule 9th grade classes that evening. Please remember to bring a charged iPad.
The 8th graders are also working on a 4-Year Academic and Career Plan (ACP). The purpose of the 4-Year ACP is to help your student plan for future courses which will help them prepare for their post-secondary plans. At Dodgeland High School, certain courses are only offered on even or odd years so it is important to plan accordingly so your student is able to complete all their desired courses to help them prepare for their future. Your student will review this plan annually and make changes as their interests and future plans change. This plan can be an overwhelming task for your student. It is important to have parent/guardian support in creating this plan. The school counselor and ASPIRE teachers are here to help as well!
