Attention: Phone Line/Messages
In our switch to a new phone system some of our other lines were removed from service. Please make sure when you are calling the school and/or leaving messages that you are only calling the 303-779-8988 main phone line as the other lines ending in 6021 or 5947 that you may have saved in your phone will no longer be in service.
If you are calling to leave a message regarding attendance you can also email attendance@cherrycreekacademy.org instead of leaving a message at the main phone line 303-779-8988.

CCA Carnival Information
Volunteers needed - New slots added!
Carnival Information:
***Wristbands will be distributed the night of the carnival***
Below are tentative ticket prices to help you determine how many you may want to purchase
Additional tickets can be purchased for $0.50. Please bring CASH ONLY
-No need to RSVP. Each child in your immediate family will receive a wristband and 10 tickets each, courtesy of your PTO Giving Circle. Adults will not receive any tickets.
- Each Carnival participant MUST have a wristband. Adults DO NOT need a wristband.
-Wristbands grant access to carnival games & inflatables. They can earn points to purchase all kinds of prizes!
-CCA students, family members and friends are invited to attend. (Additional kids outside immediate CCA families can purchase wristband for $8.50 each)
-Students must be accompanied by an adult the night of the carnival.
-Additional tickets and wristbands will be available for purchase the night of the carnival. Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. CASH ONLY please.
Monday Munchies Sign Up!
Earn volunteer hours by providing snacks to the CCA staff every Monday. Store bought items equal one volunteer hour, and homemade items count as 2 volunteer hours. Sign up one week before you will bring snacks. We love taking care of our teachers and staff!

Peer Helpers
Attention all CCA Middle School students: Peer Helpers will begin meeting on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 7:20am in Mrs. MacFarland's room. Any middle school students who are interested in participating in our Peer Helper program should plan on attending this meeting. Peer Helpers are a group of Middle School students who are trained in leadership skills in order to help their fellow CCA community. Please email Mrs. Velasquez KVelasquez@cherrycreekacademy.org with any questions. We hope to see you there!

PTO's Fly Like An Eagle Day is coming up on September 1, 2023. On this day the students are allowed to wear free dress but are encouraged to participate in the themes that their classes pick for the event. Be on the lookout for more information regarding themes from your child's homeroom class.
