Cocaine Is a bane
It's also a real pain
Cocaine and how it's a BANE to us
8.6 million. That's how many people in the USA, ages 12 and up, have reported using cocaine. Cocaine is the 2nd most trafficked drug in the world, and In a poll conducted by the Government, 71% of people that are going to or in drug rehab used cocaine in the past. Cocaine causes a short-lived, intense high that is immediately followed by the opposite—intense depression, edginess and a craving for more of the drug. People who use it often don’t eat or sleep properly. They can experience greatly increased heart rate, muscle spasms and convulsions. The drug can make people feel paranoid, angry and overall more aggressive and quick to action. It also can affect people socially, as studies show that the drug affects people's ability to interact socially with others. However, the main reason you shouldn't use cocaine is the fact that it is an illegal drug. If you are found in possession of cocaine, you could serve from 1-3 years behind bars, depending on how much you had. To help someone with a coke addiction, your best bet is to take them to a behavioral therapist, as outpatient centers usually are ineffective. If you see someone with cocaine, report them immediately to the police, and remember.... Cocaine is a Bane, it leaves you in PAIN!
