Each running club is comprised of new runners (doing run/walk intervals), intermediate runners (2-3 miles) and advanced runners (4+ miles). There will always be someone to run with you!

Interval...What's an interval?

Start with run/walk intervals. Week 1 ~ run 1 minute, walk 1 minute, repeat 10 times.
Each week builds on the previous week. Program is based loosely on the Couch to 5K program. By the end of the session, you should be able to complete a 5K.
