First fact
Coal can be found from underground mining and open pit mining.Some of the states we can find this fossil fuel at is Montana,Illinois,and Wyoming.
Second fact
Before the dinosaurs , many giant plants died in swamps. Over millions of years,the plants were buried under water and dirt. Heat and pressure turned the dead plants into coal.
Third fact
Coal is a hard rock that has mostly carbon,hydrogen and oxygen with a little amount of nitrogen, sulphur, ash and other elements.
Fourth fact
Our fossil fuel is non renewable because there's only a limited amount of coal and we can't use it twice

Our Fossil fuel is used to generate many things like furnaces and grills.

People depend on it because it's used for transportation and for heating things up.
