VETERANS DAY
TRADITION HERE AT ROBINWOOD
In order to showcase the many cultures that make up our Robinwood Family, we will again be displaying a Cultural Tree in the lobby outside of the library. We are asking interested families to donate a decoration to be placed on the tree. This item can be either purchased or handmade. It should however depict a part of your culture or native country. Please place any decorations in a bag with a note as to what holiday and country they represent. We will then label the items with a tag stating that information. These items will not be returned, they will be kept to be reused in following years.
Also, in keeping the spirit of giving alive, we will be having a New Hat and Glove/Mitten Drive. The items can be for children or adults. When the drive is over we will donate them to needy families in our community.
You may begin to bring in your items after the Thanksgiving Break (Tuesday, December 1st) up until December 16th.
The items can be sent with your child or dropped off in the office.
Thank you for helping us continue our tradition!

Please welcome Stacy Kelly to our Robinwood Staff.

FRANKLIN LACROSSE CLUB
VIRTUAL HOLIDAY SHOP
Robinwood Families,
We hope that you’re all doing well and staying safe and healthy. We miss seeing our friends and their smiling faces so much this school year. In an effort to try to do some ‘normal’ things that our students are used to, we have developed a VIRTUAL HOLIDAY SHOP this year! We wanted to give our students the opportunity to shop for their loved ones, friends, teachers and even their pets during this unusual time. The virtual store is OPEN NOW! We will be keeping it open through December 7th. This will give our elves plenty of time to receive the gifts, organize and distribute before the holiday break. What happens if school closes due to Covid-19? No problem, our PTO will work closely with our holiday shop company to obtain all orders and a contactless pickup will be developed for all families to retrieve gifts. All gifts will have special packaging that will make it easy for the kids to wrap and label on their own. All gifts and supplies will be handled with extreme caution and safety measures. Money raised from our holiday shop will help support our PTO’s mission for the 2020-2021 school year in helping aid the Covid crisis with supplies and supplemental needs for our students and staff throughout the year. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out our PTO at rwk6pto@gmail.com . The shop is open to all of our in-school and virtual students, families and staff.
